NJAC Construction is a self-perform construction company based in & operating in the greater Houston area. We are a very versatile company. Our partners/clients tend to lean on NJAC Construction when others can’t meet a project schedule, the project scope is out of the ordinary or the project needs to be done right the first time. We pride ourselves in the way we manage our projects.

Renovation of 120 dorm rooms & 60 shower units over 18 weeks during the summer.
Fort Bend ISD Temp Buildings
NJAC has been a partner for 5 years in a row for the moving & demob/remob of 20-40 temporary buildings at ISD campuses for Ft Bend ISD.
Aldine ISD Temp Buildings
NJAC was hired to be a partner with a GC during the summer of 2018. NJAC was able to demob, remob & assist in obtaining CO’s on 52 temporary buildings 1 week ahead of schedule. NJAC worked 65 days in a row with a 30 man crew to achieve this.
Pasadena Culinary Arts
Demo, framing, drywall, finishing, ceilings, doors & hardware.
Harris County Justice of The Peace Precinct 5
NJAC was hired to frame all the new walls, install & finish all drywall, install all new drop ceilings & provide/install all new doors & hardware after a major flood.
LONZA
NJAC was hired under a GC to build a 45,000 SF employee parking lot. Project consisted of grubbing, underground storm piping, lime stabilization, concrete paving & striping.
City of Houston Solid Waste Concrete Addition
NJAC was hired under a GC to add 10,000 SF paving for heavy haul trash trucks. Project consisted of grubbing, lime tabilization, concrete paving.
Memorial Tax Day Floods Cy-Fair ISD
NJAC was called in overnight to assist with water remediation of 19 classrooms, 15 admin offices & several corridors. NJAC had 35 men on site around the clock for 15 days to assist in getting the school operational.
